Eligibility
International Program in Hazardous Substance and Environmental Management accept applicants with Bachelor or Master of Science or Engineering from accredited universities or colleges. Completion of the courses on Calculus, Chemistry, and Physics is required. Applicants should possess a GPA of not less than 2.75 for M.Sc. Degree Program and 3.25 for Ph.D. Degree Program. Students of other disciplines may apply with consent of the Admission Committee. English Proficiency Test is required for all applicants. Applicants must have a minimum score of 500 for Chulalongkorn University Test of English Proficiency (CU-TEP : http://www.atc.chula.ac.th ), or at least 500 for TOEFL or 5.0 for IELTS. The score should be obtained within 2 years prior to application.
Selection criteria
The selection is based on the applicant’s academic record, English proficiency, letters of recommendation and work experience. Admission will be favored by a successful interview to evaluate the applicant’s motivation, leadership, problem-solving skills, professional attitude and morals.

- เข้าไป ดาวน์โหลดแบบฟอร์ม พร้อมทั้งกรอกรายละเอียดข้อมูลให้ครบถ้วน ส่วนเอกสารที่จะต้องแนบการสมัคร ให้ดูตรงเอกสาร Data Sheet ซึ่งจะอยู้หน้าสุดท้ายของแบบฟอร์มการสมัคร นำเอกสารทั้งส่วนมายื่นสมัครได้ที่สำนักงานหลักสูตรฯ พร้อมทั้งชำระค่าธรรมเนียมการสมัครเรียน คนละ 700 บาท(ในส่วนค่าธรรมเนียมการสมัคร ชำระได้ที่หลักสูตรฯ ที่เดียวเท่านั้น)
Instruction for the mail-in application
Complete all the application form, include all of the following materials
- Official Transcript
- Statement of Purpose
- Three letters of recommendation
- The CU-TEP, TOEFL, or IELTS score (if the applicant requires taking the CU-TEP test, Contact the Academic Testing Center of Chulalongkorn University (CU-ATC: http://www.atc.chula.ac.th)
- A photocopy of official identification card or passport
- 5 photos of 1” x 1.5”
- 700 Baht Application fee (200 Baht for application form is included)
